In those cases, we take the details of your custom request, put together a price quote, work with you on all the details of your request - and ultimately create a new product just for you! If it is something we can offer to other customers, you are provided a discount based on the materials provided to us for the creation of the product -- and the item is listed for sale both in our custom shop area as well as its appropriate place within the main site.
