While it is too late to get a full Jesse Tree set in time for the start of Advent, they are still available for purchase and you'll be prepared for next year! In the meantime, we also have available a Christmas Season Jesse Tree set that continues the symbolism into the Christmas season, with 12 symbols taking your family from the day after Christmas until January 6th (our Jesse Tree sets include Christmas day, and this symbol can be added to your order upon request). Online Elementary Course to Start Soon!

It is set to open on September 1, 2011 - See our blog post over here for more details!

The course will be primarily for homeschoolers, but is also useful for anyone working with the elementary age child (ages 6-12+) in a Montessori school, or for supplementing another school experience.

Free Shipping at Garden of Francis

Over the past several weeks and continuing into the upcoming weeks, we are transitioning our site over to all free shipping.

There may continue to be a $5 handling charge on items that require special packaging, therefore you will not see the free shipping label on all items.

International orders have a flat rate of $20 for shipping. If you are ordering lightweight items that can be shipped first-class, please contact us to see about a separate shipping rate. As always, international customers receive free shipping on orders over $200 for Canada and $350 for all other countries.

Soaps at Garden of Francis

To sum up our soaps at Garden of Francis:

unscented, all-natural - as basic as you can get.

We keep all the glycerin for a full-body soap - all the natural glycerin remains to make our soaps naturally moisturizing (please note that moisturizing levels still depend on the type of oils used with the lye). Our soaps can be used in soap-making (melt-and-pour) the same as pure glycerin soaps.

Custom Orders at Garden of Francis

We offer a wide variety of items at Garden of Francis - and almost everything can be entirely custom-made. Once in a while, however, someone is seeking a particular item for which a custom variation just doesn't seem to work - a whole new product needs to be designed.

In those cases, we take the details of your custom request, put together a price quote, work with you on all the details of your request - and ultimately create a new product just for you! If it is something we can offer to other customers, you are provided a discount based on the materials provided to us for the creation of the product -- and the item is listed for sale both in our custom shop area as well as its appropriate place within the main site.
